The Winners of the A. Le Coq 57. Moonsund Regatta Were Established in Roomassaare |
The Regatta started in Kärdla on July 13 and passed through Kuivastu and Pärnu. The regatta consisted of three longer stages between harbours and two technically more demanding short races. Like always, the most exciting and challenging was the Pärnu upwind-downwind race. Public could cheer the sailors on board of the RUNÖ .
On the last day of the regatta the wind decided to take an early leave and so, after a bit of postponing and praying, the last race had to be cancelled. For final results this means only the first five stages could be taken into account, discarding the worst.
