
VOYAGE GROUP





At the A. Le Coq 69th Moonsund regatta, it is possible to sail along without competing in a Voyage Group and enjoy a vacation under the sails within the framework of Estonia’s largest regatta!
The purpose of forming a Voyage Group is to promote offshore sailing and offer sailors the experience of participating in the oldest and biggest regatta in Baltics. Participation is not a competition for the Voyage Group.
WHAT WE OFFER
- We will provide berths in the regatta marinas for boats participating in the regatta with a Voyage Group.
- All participants in the Voyage Group will receive a package of regatta merchandise and services, including participation in events in the marinas.
- In addition, we will provide a shore programme for the Voyage Group on the days of the race.
- The right to use all the facilities and services in the marinas of the regatta under the same conditions as the boats competing in the regatta.

ONSHORE PROGRAM
- Kärdla, July 11, Saturday. The bus tour starts at 11 from Kärdla marina: Tahkuna lighthouse, Reigi “sheep therapy”, Viskoosa Cultural Factory, Kõrgessaare Marina. Sightseeing ends appr at 15 with tasting at Hiiumaa Brewery.
- Kuivastu, July 13, Monday. The bus tour starts at 11 from Kuivastu marina: Muhu Wineyard, Muhu Icecream farm, Koguva village, Muhu Brewery, lunch at Lõunaranna marina.
- Kõiguste, July 15, Wednesday. The bus tour starts at 11 from Kõiguste marina: Asva Viking Village, Estonian Marine Institute Kõiguste Marine Field Station.
- Kuressaare, July 17, Friday. Pöide Brewery
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the onshore program.
RULES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS
- Participants in the Voyage Group do not participate in the A. Le Coq 69th Moonsund Regatta competition.
- Participant must enter by filling in the online registration form on manage2sail.com website. The full crew list must be added to manage2sail.com at the latest July 08, 2026.
- A maximum of 10 boats are registered in a Voyage Group. A boat that has paid the participation fee is considered as a registered participant.
- Based on the number of competitors registered for the regatta, the organizer may increase the number of boats participating in the Voyage Group.
- The Official Notice Board is located on the manage2sail.com website.
- Each skipper or the person in charge must personally register in the Race Office on July 10, 2026 from 10:00 until 19:00.
- Participants who wish to start will be given the start 5 minutes after the start of the last competition class. The start is open for 5 minutes. The sailing distance is start-finish.
- Those starting in a Voyage Group must not interfere with competing boats throughout the competition and must maintain a safe distance from the starting area.
- The finish is open until the last competing boat finishes.
- The result is counted in order of crossing the finishing line.
- Boats participating in the Voyage Group will be entered into all regatta-related special prize draws.
- Boats participating in the Voyage Group will have moorings free of charge in the A. Le Coq 69th Moonsund regatta marinas for the period July 9-18, 2026.
- Each participating boat shall have valid third-party liability insurance covering a minimum of 500 000 €. The insurance can be purchased for the event until 08.07.2026 through manage2sail.com website registration. The Organizing Authority is not responsible for verifying the status or validity of any insurance certificates.
FEES
The participation fee includes mooring fees, regatta catering and shore program:
- fee for a boat 80 €;
- entry fee for a boat’s each crew member when paid by May 31, 2026 (incl.) is 140 € per crew member;
- entry fee for a boat’s each crew member when paid from June 1, 2026 is 250 € per crew member.
Entry fee for the boat and the crew shall be paid to the Kalev Yacht Club bank account as onetime payment. The name of the boat, sail number and the number of the crew members shall be stated. Account holder: Kalevi JahtklubI, LHV Bank, account no EE537700771009086558, SWIFT CODE (BIC): LHVBEE22.
