In all marinas, boats must follow the mooring instructions of the harbourmaster. Harbour plans will be published on the official notice board during the regatta before departure to the next marina.

- Mooring is according to the marina plan. Changing berths is only allowed under the instructions of the harbourmaster. The designated berths are valid for the entire duration of the regatta. The gates of floating pontoons A0 and A are locked; the access code can be obtained from the Race Office.
- Construction works are ongoing in the marina area, and the construction zones are fenced off. Dredging is in progress near pontoon D, the one closest to the city side, where boat traffic is strictly prohibited. This area is marked on the harbour plan.
- The temporary Alexela fuel station is located on the yacht club premises, next to the crane. Refueling may be difficult during the regatta if all participating boats are in the harbour.
- Upon the arrival of team trailers, please contact the harbourmaster.
- Parking around Pärnu Yacht Club is subject to a parking fee. Please follow the traffic signs. Parking inside the courtyard is limited and only permitted with the harbourmaster’s approval.
- Boats registered for the regatta are exempt from marina fees in the regatta marinas from July 12 to 19, 2025. After that, regular Pärnu Yacht Club harbour fees apply. If you wish to keep your boat longer, please contact the harbourmaster.
- On the Pärnu river, one cargo ship will be moving to and from the Port of Pärnu on Friday, and three cargo ships on Saturday. Please take this into account and do not obstruct their movement. The cargo ship turns around in the river before docking, and during that time, traffic will be restricted. When a cargo ship is entering, small vessels must not try to enter into the channel.
- The Port of Pärnu harbourmaster also points out that there is a sandbank running along the river channel near the river mouth. When a cargo ship is moving through the channel, it is difficult for a larger yacht or a group of yachts to fit between the ship and the sandbank.

Haapsalu
Attention boats in Haapsalu! A plan and list of boats with places for mooring have been added. Boats that are already here but moored in the wrong berth – please relocate accordingly!
In Haapsalu, there are two official regatta marinas situated side-by-side Suur-Holmi marina and Haapsalu Veskiviigi marina. Three boats – Gorilla, Isabell X2, and PROJECT A2 – are kindly asked to relocate to the Westmeri harbour, located just before the Suur-Holmi marina (Grand Holm Marina) harbour.
Location – N 58° 57,501′ E 23° 31,610′, address Westmeri 3, Haapsalu
Radio: VHF channel 12, calling “Grand Holm”
Harbourmaster: ph +372 565 2887, valdo.kivi@grandholmmarina.ee
The marina depth chart is also available HERE, website https://www.grandholmmarina.ee/.

If the boat’s draft is up to 2.5 meters, Suur-Holmi marina has installed two mooring buoys and corresponding bollards on the quay wall at Haapsalu Uus Sadam. A maximum of four boats can moor here — two boats per buoy. There is no electricity or water supply available at these moorings.
When entering the Uus Sadam, there is a stretch of submerged old quay foundations about 100 meters long on the right-hand side. During the regatta, this area will be marked with fishing net buoys, and boats should keep a safe distance.
