VOYAGE GROUP

At the A. Le Coq 68th Moonsund regatta, it is possible to sail along without competing in a Voyage Group and enjoy a vacation under the sails within the framework of Estonia’s largest regatta!

WHAT WE OFFER

• We will provide berths in the regatta marinas for boats participating in the regatta with a Voyage Group.
• All participants in the Voyage Group will receive a package of regatta merchandise and services, including participation in events in the marinas.
• In addition, we will provide a shore programme for the Voyage Group on the days of the race.
• The right to use all the facilities and services in the marinas of the regatta under the same conditions as the boats competing in the regatta.

RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS

• Official timing will not be conducted.
• Boats that are not involved in the starting procedures must keep a clear distance from the starting area.
• At each leg’s award ceremony, one prize will be drawn among the Voyage Group sailors. To claim the prize, a representative of the boat must be present during the ceremony.
• Boats participating in the Voyage Group do so entirely at their own risk, and the regatta organizers do not assume any responsibility for the safety of the participants.
• All boats must be capable of VHF communication.
• All boats must have valid liability insurance (with a minimum coverage of 500,000 euros).
• An insurance application can be submitted when you register for regatta via manage2sail.com. The application must be submitted and the insurance premium paid no later than two days before the start of the regatta.

Thursday, July 17 at 4 PM – there will be a group visit to the Pöide Brewery, including a tour and tasting. We will gather at the marina in front of restaurant Hafen at 3:00 PM. We need to be at the Pöide Brewery by 4:00 PM (Tolli 25a, Kuressaare). The guide will be Kai Löppe from Venus.
